EXCHANGE BY DOMESTIC CUSTOMER
Size Exchange/Product Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product or wants a different product in place of the previous one then he/she needs to mail us at TheGurlyHouse@gmail.com within 5 Days from the date of delivery of the parcel. If a reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product.
Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on a few Pin-Codes. In this case, the customer is requested to send it back with the customer’s name and mobile on it. Exchange is allowed on size issues only. An exchange will not be issued on product exchange. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non-exchangeable.
Return: We don’t take returns on items sold once.
Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product or an incorrect item sent, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product, we will resolve it for you.
When Exchange is not accepted?
Exchange not accepted due to color Differences. A 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
Exchanges are not accepted if the Customer does not like the material or color of the product order. We use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you please read all the details before placing the order.
Exchanges are not accepted if the piece is specially customized for the customer.

A) How does the delivery process work?
– Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.
– Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing over to the courier partner.
– Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
– Then, your item is shipped to your location.
– In case your address falls into a location that is not served by our delivery partners, our team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.
B) What is the estimated delivery time?
We religiously aim to ship the products within 10 working days. In a few cases there might be some delays due to dependencies at various levels. Furthermore, we diligently ship orders throughout the week including weekends.
Please note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political crises, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We assure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you at the best time and we genuinely appreciate your patience.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you sure can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the delivery partner with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner.

F) How are orders packaged?
We go the extra mile to make sure you receive your order in top-notch condition. Each item is wrapped in sturdy packaging so that it stays free from any physical damage. So far, we have received minimal complaints about damaged items due to packaging.

G) Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can change the shipping address before we have processed (shipped) your order, by contacting our customer support team at TheGurlyHouse@gmail.com
In case, your product is already shipped and you wish to change the address, we will have to reship your order again to a different address which will charge you INR 200
